Custom Handrail

MIG Welded Steel Handrail, powder coated a custom bronze color to match screened porch

Each piece was fully welded to ensure strength.

Custom 12'x36' Floating Dock

This dock was build out of aluminum for our customer on the St. Croix River

CAD Designed

First drawn in our CAD software to present to the customer for approval & to help in the fabrication process

Production

Once approved, production began on the main rafter components using our jig table for perfect copies.

Frame Assembly

Then the frames were welded in 6'x12' sections with the floats bolted down to them.

Final Assembly

At a boat launch, the 6'x12' sections were bolted together & the dock was pulled onto the river and yes it snowed.

Custom Crosses

Machined from 3/8" Aluminum & Powder Coated

Machining

Machined with a 1/4" tapper on one & 1/4" rounded tapper on the other.

Final Install

The crosses were installed using an extremely strong adhesive and powder coated a 2 tone bronze.

Titanium exhaust from turbos to tips for a Porsche 997

Intake Manifold

This all Aluminum intake manifold is made from pipe & sheet metal with welded in strengthening bars.

3" Exhaust 2JZ Nissan 350z

This custom build exhaust is made from 304 stainless steel & built to the customers exact specs

Boosted 3rd Gen Camaro

Custom 5" side exit exhaust, mounting for the turbo and 3" piping from the manifolds to the turbo.
