Universal Stainless Exhaust Merge Y Pipe

Built in our Minnesota shop, this universal exhaust merge Y pipe allows two exhaust pipes to smoothly merge into a single outlet while maintaining compact packaging and clean flow.

These Y pipes are designed for custom exhaust fabrication, turbo systems, engine swaps, and performance exhaust setups.

Each unit is fabricated from 304 brushed stainless steel, TIG welded, and back purged to ensure strong, clean welds and long-term durability.

The dual inlets are expanded to create slip-fit connections, allowing your existing exhaust pipes to slide directly into the Y pipe for easy welding or clamping.

Outlet Configuration

Standard Outlet

The outlet is sized to match the selected diameter, with the end expanded for proper connection to the corresponding exhaust pipe.

Slip Pipe Outlet

The outlet is sized to match the selected diameter, with the end expanded for proper connection to the corresponding exhaust pipe.

Optional Stainless V-Band

An optional Tycon Industries stainless Bros V-band assembly can be added to the outlet.

When selected, the male flange is TIG welded directly onto the Y pipe and the matching female flange and clamp are included.
