Our new turbo manifold for the Vortec 4200 inline-6 is built for high-performance applications, featuring TIG-welded, back-purged construction using Schedule 10 stainless steel cast piping for maximum durability and flow.

📸 The turbo shown in the photos is a VSR 67/66 Billet from VS Racing.

Manifold Details:

• Designed for turbocharged Vortec 4200 setups
• Built from Schedule 10 stainless steel for strength and longevity
• TIG welded and back purged for optimal performance and durability
• Production begins April 2025

Wastegate Integration:

For those looking to integrate external boost control, we offer the option to have a wastegate pipe and flange welded to your manifold before shipping. We are set up for the following wastegates:

🔹 TiAL MVR 44mm (V-band flange)
🔹 Turbosmart GenV HyperGate 45mm (V-band flange)

If you purchase a wastegate through us, the corresponding flange will be welded to your manifold at no additional charge.
