Vortec 4200 Turbo Manifold

Preorders are now open for the next production run of our Vortec 4200 Turbo Manifold (Version 2).

Production for this batch is scheduled to begin April 30th, with orders expected to begin shipping approximately 1–2 weeks after production begins.

This will be a limited batch, and orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.

Version 2 Updates

Version 2 includes two key changes based on feedback and real-world fitment testing.

Runner Layout Update
Runners 3 and 4 have been relocated underneath the collector, similar to the layout used on our 35/3700 turbo manifolds. This improves overall runner packaging and collector flow while keeping the manifold compact.

Wastegate Clocking Adjustment
The wastegate position has been clocked slightly toward the rear of the engine. This adjustment was made to improve clearance for stock chassis applications, which was the only fitment issue observed during testing.

Aside from these updates, the manifold maintains the same construction quality and design philosophy as the original version.

A reference photo of the 35/3700 manifold layout will be included below to illustrate the runner arrangement used for Version 2.

• Built from Schedule 10 stainless steel for exceptional durability

• TIG welded and back-purged for superior weld quality and performance

• Product is currently made to order, but we plan to batch order if popular 

• Orders will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis

🛠️ Wastegate Integration:

Want external boost control? We offer the option to pre-weld a wastegate pipe and flange to your manifold before shipping. We're currently set up for the following wastegates:

• 🔹 TiAL MVR 44mm (V-band flange)

• 🔹 Turbosmart GenV HyperGate 45mm (V-band flange)

Both Tial 44mm & Turbosmart 45mm flanges are the same!

Designed and Built in the USA

All manifolds are built in-house at Forever Fabrication in Minnesota using high-quality materials and careful fabrication practices.

Each manifold is TIG welded and back-purged to ensure proper weld penetration and long-term durability.

Our goal with this design was to create a compact, durable turbo manifold for the Vortec 4200 platform that is suitable for a wide range of custom builds and engine swap applications.

🔁 Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Items must be returned in unused, uninstalled condition.

If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue, contact us immediately. We will make it right through repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
All manifolds are thoroughly quality-checked before shipment.
