Our 3D‑printed 2‑in‑1 bandsaw jig is designed to simplify fabrication when working with tight-radius (1D CLR) 90° mandrel bends, commonly used in high-performance exhaust systems. Whether you're cutting clean centerlines for X-pipes or dialing in accurate angled segments, this jig delivers consistent, repeatable results.

🔧 Dual-Purpose Function:

1. X‑Pipe Cutting Mode
Use the 2 bottom supports + top clamping system to cradle 90° mandrel bends and make accurate center cuts for perfect X‑pipe construction.

2. Multi‑Angle Cutting Mode
Remove the bottom supports and use just the top 2 sections and support beam to cut precise angle slices from the same 1D mandrel bend.

Simply position the jig 1/8″ from your bandsaw blade, clamp your tube, and make your cut — no guesswork, no shifting parts.
