The Stainless Bros O₂ Bung Series delivers professional-grade quality for your custom exhaust builds. Each bung is CNC-machined from 304 stainless steel with clean M18x1.5 threads — the standard size for most O₂ sensors.

Choose from three options:

• 🔹 Coped for 1.75"–2.5" tubing — perfect for smaller-diameter pipes and tight bends.

• 🔹 Coped for 2.75"–5" tubing — ideal for larger exhaust systems and turbo applications.

• 🔹 J-Style Bung — designed for sensor relocation or use in confined spaces where straight placement isn’t possible.

The coped bases allow a flush fit on round tubing, reducing weld buildup and ensuring a leak-free finish. Each piece is ready to TIG weld, resists corrosion, and maintains precision through countless heat cycles.
