Vortec 4200 Turbo Manifold

Our new turbo manifold for the Vortec 4200 inline-6 is engineered for high-performance applications. Built using Schedule 10 stainless steel cast piping, this manifold delivers maximum durability and flow...well the flow that a log manifold can. Every unit is TIG-welded and back-purged for strength, performance, and reliability.

🛠️ Wastegate Integration:

Want external boost control? We offer the option to pre-weld a wastegate pipe and flange to your manifold before shipping. We're currently set up for the following wastegates:

• 🔹 TiAL MVR 44mm (V-band flange)

• 🔹 Turbosmart GenV HyperGate 45mm (V-band flange)

If you purchase a wastegate through us, we’ll weld the corresponding flange to your manifold at no additional charge.

Final 4 Units – Built to Order

We're down to the final 4 manifolds in this run. Each unit will be custom-built to order right here at Forever Fabrication, ensuring precision craftsmanship and quality control.

Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. Once these 4 are claimed, we will not begin another batch unless there’s confirmed demand. If you miss out on this round, you can join the Waitlist for a Future Batch (see below).

⏳ Waitlist Info – Reserve a Spot for the Next Run

If all 4 units are sold, we may offer a second batch — but only if we receive at least 5 committed orders. You can reserve your spot one of two ways:

• Option 1: Pay in Full
  Your order is locked in and you’ll be the first notified once the new batch begins.

• Option 2: Pay a $100 Deposit
  A refundable deposit (minus fees if canceled) secures your place in line. You’ll receive an invoice for the remaining balance once we begin the next run.

We will only begin the next production round once 5 or more spots are claimed. All waitlist customers will be notified by email and given an estimated start date.

🔁 Cancellation Policy:

Orders canceled before delivery are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover material and processing costs. Deposits for waitlist reservations are fully refundable until you confirm your full order.
